Our aim is to be a world-class manufacturer, a responsible corporate citizen and a good employer. We have a long history of actions to promote social and environmental development of the communities, where we operate.

Hayleys Fabric manufactures fabric for world renowned fashion brands, in Europe and in the United States. Our aim is to meet today’s needs without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their needs, and to do so in a way which will ensure profitable growth year after year and a high level of returns for our shareholders and value for society at large, over the long-term.

Our sustainability strategy forms the basis of running our business responsibly and profitably. We work with internal and external stakeholders to define our sustainability strategy and goals. Our sustainability strategy and goals are built on three pillars – Society, Environment and Economy.

Sustainability goals are part of Hayleys Fabric’s scorecard. These goals are cascaded to functional heads with required authority to execute them. The management discussion and analysis of our Annual report highlights the strategies to achieve social, ecological, and economic goals across short, medium and long-term.
